The terms and conditions apply to Headlight Subscription Program participants registered from 1st of January 2020 to 1st of January 2021.
WHAT YOU ARE BUYING
The Headlight Subscription Program:
- Unlimited Studio Sessions // 30 min per session
- Unlimited Coaching Sessions // 30 min per session
- Unlimited Recognition Session
- Access to the Headlight App with tools and exercises
- Price: 2.500 DKK ex. VAT per month.
- Paid monthly and can be terminated with one month's notice.

IN GENERAL
The following terms and conditions apply participation in The Subscription Program. We note that changes in prices and conditions can occur, which you can read more about below.
In order to identify your participants as a member, a link to your LinkedIn profile will be stored together with your other personal information as name, workplace, email, phone number or other information that you have provided when signing up for a Program. If any changes are made to the personal information, then you must notify Headlight of this. As a participant in the program you are responsible for always having your personal information and email address updated.
When you sign up as a participant on the program, you also accept that Headlight sends you information about the app and conditions for you participation by email.
CHANGES IN THE PROGRAM AND PRICING
Headlight reserves the right to continuously change the programs terms and conditions, herunder the fees and prices. This does not include you, your price is fixed 2.500 DKK (ex. VAT) until the 1st of December 2020.
TERMS FOR USING THE PROGRAM
The first studio session gives access to the Headlight app and facilities in all of the program.
The sign up registration is valid for 12 months. If you are not able to use the program during that time, the purchase will expire and cannot be refunded.
CANCELLATION OF SUBSCRIPTION
You have one month’s notice to terminate your Headlight subscription program. Simply send an email to our customer service at support@weareheadlight.com. Please write 'cancellation of subscription' in your subject field.
THE HEADLIGHT APP
With the Headlight app you can book sessions with your trainer and use the Headlight tools to guide yourself in your work. Cancellation or rescheduling of sessions takes place in the Headlight app and must happen at least 24 hours before you have a scheduled session with your trainer. Please note, that if you are unable to respect our 24 hour rebooking policy, you receive a fee of DKK 450 (ex. VAT) for the costs of your absence.
